Role Overview

As an Operations Administrator, you will support the Centre Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with standards, and consistent service excellence. This role offers broad exposure to operational coordination, compliance, and stakeholder management within a dynamic F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support smooth and efficient daily operations within the centre.

• Uphold and enforce Company Rules & Regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide guidance and operational support to foster a positive working environment and employee engagement.

• Support the delivery of consistent customer service and food quality standards.

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and take proactive actions to address issues and improve satisfaction.

• Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

• Study industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the F&B industry will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for the F&B industry with an interest in customer experience and operations.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
