Toyota - Laser Motor Group is one of the largest authorized Toyota dealers and service providers in Malaysia, with operations in Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, and Seremban. We operate 3 sales outlets and 5 service, body, and paint centers. Our services include specialized corporate sales and service assistance, mobile service assistance, breakdown support, and insurance assistance, ensuring comprehensive and customer-centric automotive solutions.

This is an internship role for a Field Operations Executive at Toyota - Laser Motor Group. The role is on-site and based in Petaling Jaya. Key responsibilities include supporting daily operational activities, assisting with operations management tasks, coordinating communications between teams, analyzing data for operational improvements, and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Knowledge of Operations and Operations Management to support daily activities and ensure smooth workflows
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and evaluating operational data to drive improvements
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using common office tools and software
• Previous exposure to the automotive industry or relevant fields is advantageous
