Admin Executive – Import/Export & Purchasing
Responsibilities:
• Manage Import & Export shipment, including dailyshipments, import/export documentation, logistics coordination and ordersbacklog, ensuring timely order fulfilment.
• Purchasing Duties - packaging materials, Monitoring andcontrol stock levels, ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate and negotiate with internal departments andexternal stakeholders (customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, BCA, JTC, NEA,PUB)
• Other Adhoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma preferred, or experience in similar job scope arewelcome to apply.
- Training provided, Willing to learn and has goodinter-personal skills
- Singaporean/Singapore PR only
- On 5-day work week
