JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 15+ years of experience in IT delivery/program/project management with significant exposure to SAP Supply Chain programs (implementation, upgrade, migration, or large enhancement portfolios).
• Hands-on functional understanding of SAP SD/MM and supply chain processes (order-to-cash, logistics execution, procurement-to-pay, inventory/warehouse operations) and how they integrate across systems.
• Proven experience leading complex transitions/separations or vendor/operating model changes (e.g., TSA exit, spin-off, carve-out, service transition, or platform migration).
• Strong governance, planning, and execution skills across Agile and Waterfall delivery models; experience running release planning, sprint planning, and cross-team dependency management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to prepare clear executive updates and drive alignment across business, product, and technology teams.
• Experience with delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent); strong documentation discipline (BRD, user stories, process flows, RAID logs, runbooks).
