About the Role
As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting our healthcare services. This is a dynamic, field-based role that combines sales, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Cordlife’s healthcare banking services to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and referral partners
- Drive enquiry generation and achieve assigned sales targets within your territory
- Expand market share through strategic engagement and new channel development
- Manage and support maternity hospital-related events and initiatives
- Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports and updates
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Represent Cordlife at public events, seminars, and professional forums
- Oversee operational matters for Client Relations Officers (if assigned)
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance standards at cord blood collection sites
- Act as deputy for cord blood collection site management and readiness
Requirements & Qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales OR a fresh graduate in Nursing
- Strong familiarity with the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- High level of initiative with a fast learning ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders across all levels
- Valid driving license and access to (or ability to rent) a vehicle
