Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will manage daily tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams for strategic growth initiatives. The role also includes driving business expansion, managing key client accounts, and contributing to the company’s overall strategic objectives.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience as Business Development, Marketing or similar role.

· Experience managing tender and proposals.

· Experience in planning and organising corporate events and other promotional activities.

· Strong interpersonal communication skills.

·Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated by ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage a variety of activities with attention to detail.

· Strong writing and editing skills.

· Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one other language preferred.

· Excellent customer service and internal communication skills

· At least 2 years of business development experience

· At least 1 years of experience managing employees.

· 3-5 years of total work experience.
