岗位职责
- To manage the F&B department by planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- To control budget and forecast revenue, operation costs, and product costs.
- Supervise and train the F&B team following the service standards and ensure suggestive selling techniques are performed by team members.
- Plan and manage the F&B department to achieve customer satisfaction and quality while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
