What You Will Do *


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer support, accurate commercial processing, and timely coordination across internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing customer quotations based on technical inputs, service scopes, and pricing guidelines
  • Performing detailed invoice checks to ensure billing accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with agreed pricing structures
  • Managing customer inquiries related to pricing, service status, lead times, and scope clarification
  • Coordinating with engineering, planning, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely quotation and invoicing processes
  • Monitoring work orders and ensuring correct cost capture and commercial setup in internal systems
  • Supporting resolution of pricing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer claims
  • Maintaining accurate customer, quotation, and transactional records in relevant systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in invoicing efficiency, quotation turnaround time, and customer responsiveness
  • Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the organization from time to time



What You Will Learn

  • End-to-end commercial processes, including quotation development and invoicing controls
  • Cost build-up, pricing structures, and contract interpretation
  • Cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and finance teams
  • Customer relationship management in a technical and service-driven environment
  • Industry practices, contractual frameworks, and operational workflows



Qualifications You Must Have *


  • Degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent working experience in a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation
  • Ability to interpret technical and commercial information for quotation and invoicing activities
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in programming, VBA, and SAP is an advantage


Qualifications We Prefer


  • Experience in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or similar technical service industries
  • Prior exposure to customer service, quotation management, or billing/invoicing processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of technical repair terminology or industrial service environments
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
  • Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives
