We’re Hiring: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise systems.

The role requires strong hands-on Salesforce development skills, deep platform knowledge, and experience working in complex, integration-heavy, and compliance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions

• Work across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce configuration tools

• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data integration tools

• Support data migration, data quality, and data management activities

• Implement Salesforce security controls, access management, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and compliance requirements

• Ensure performance, scalability, code quality, and platform best practices

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation

• Support DevOps, release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD processes

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and cross-functional technical teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development & Configuration

• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs

• Experience in integration and data management across enterprise systems

• Good understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, performance tuning, and quality standards

• Experience in DevOps, release management, deployment tools, and CI/CD practices

• Ability to work in complex, integration-heavy, and compliance-driven environments

• Good knowledge of GCC / Government Commercial Cloud environments

• GCC certification or related government cloud exposure will be an added advantage

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
