Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities using Microsoft Project to ensure timely project delivery
• Design and supervise mechanical and electrical (M&E) work on-site prior to construction commencement
• Prepare M&E coordination plans and submit M&E drawings for approval
• Implement, plan, and monitor construction work progress to meet project milestones
• Coordinate and supervise M&E services and review construction shop drawings (CSD)
• Review and approve method statements for all M&E works to ensure compliance and safety
• Prepare risk assessments for various M&E tasks to mitigate potential hazards
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents for projects in Hong Kong and Singapore
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations for M&E items and select appropriate subcontractors for project execution
• Prepare as-built drawings and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals for M&E services
• Evaluate subcontractor variation order submissions for final payment approval
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders and attend daily site meetings
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager as required
• Demonstrate flexibility to work beyond regular hours and on Sundays or holidays when project handover demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electrical Technology
• Minimum experience 3 years in relavent field.
