The ideal candidate is organised, people-oriented, and confident in handling both strategic HR matters and operational responsibilities. You should be comfortable working in a growing business environment and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Support department heads in manpower planning and hiring needs.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Advise management on HR practices, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee performance review processes and support managers in employee development planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes to support staff growth and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience in a fast-paced or growing company environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Practical and commercially minded approach to HR.
  • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable building HR processes and structure in a growing organisation.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the company’s people and culture function.
  • Collaborative and professional working environment.
  • Career growth opportunities within an expanding organisation.
  • Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.
