Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Activities

• Prepare detailed budget estimates and cost analyses for air handler product solutions

• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical and commercial quotations

• Complete technical specifications in accordance with project requirements and industry standards

• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate air handler solutions

Post-Sales Support

• Provide ongoing technical support to customers following product installation

• Coordinate effectively with the service team to ensure seamless project execution

• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with consultants to understand project specifications and requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and key decision-makers

• Participate in technical discussions and project planning meetings

• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales growth within the assigned territory

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related technical field Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in air handler products or similar

HVAC equipment

• Proven track record in sales and application engineering

• Experience in liaising with consultants and contractors in construction or building services projects

Licensing Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (mandatory)
