Key Responsibilities

The Operations Executive will assist the Operations Manager in the following areas:

• Operational Management: Supervise and manage daily on-site operations and plan/organize manpower requirements.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor junior officers and staff members.
• Facilities Maintenance: Identify building faults, perform minor repair work, and accompany external contractors during repairs or maintenance visits to ensure the school is safe and properly maintained.
• Security & Access Control: Manage school gates and oversee security/access control, particularly at the new drop-off/pick-up point along Aljunied Road.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience

• Education: A Building Construction Authority (BCA) diploma in Facilities Management or a relevant and equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Terms of Deployment

• Selection Process: Candidates may be required to attend an interview for suitability assessment.
• Leave Benefits: Paid Vacation Leave (VL) and Ordinary Sick Leave (OSL) are subject to the proposal submitted by the employer and approval by the School.
• Compliance: The personnel must adhere to all relevant legislation, including the Employment Act.
