What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Support:
Assist with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and basic enquiries. Prepare materials and documents for meetings.

Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate client records and ensure data is updated. Manage schedules, reminders, and internal coordination.

Operations Support:
Track ongoing tasks, monitor deadlines, and support backend processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Process Improvement:
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and enhance team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Local undergraduates seeking hands-on experience while studying
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Able to commit at least 12 hours per week
