Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related field).
• At least 8 years of experience in EMS manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in management level.
• Strong knowledge in both manufacturing engineering and NPI / project execution.
• Ability to read and review mechanical/electronics drawings.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor

Job Responsibilities:

i) Engineering Manager

• Lead all engineering activities and operations within the company
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes using lean manufacturing principles
• Optimize manufacturing processes for cost, efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs, process controls, tooling, and safety requirements
• Integrate new or modified equipment, tooling, and processes into production
• Lead and develop engineering team capability and performance

ii) Project Manager

• Lead and manage NPI projects from customer handover to mass production readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet timeline, cost, and quality targets.
• Review product design for manufacturability and provide technical feedback to customers.
• Develop and track project schedules, risks, and key deliverables.
• Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams for all NPI-related matters.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
