Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilites:

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with daily finance and administrative tasks
  • Organize, manage, and file accounting and administrative documents
  • Support ad-hoc financial and administrative assignments as needed
  • Maintain a positive work attitude and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management

Skills & Specifications

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / “O” Level / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Preferably candidates with experience in clerical or administrative support (non-executive level)
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Willing to learn, responsible, and committed to work
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Full-time position available

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
