Job Description

• Lead and manage regional network infrastructure, including data centers and enterprise networks
• Oversee network operations: monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident management
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), identify bottlenecks/SPOF, and drive continuous improvements
• Plan, implement, and maintain network projects (build, expansion, upgrades)
• Ensure network availability, security, and performance
• Develop and enforce operational standards, documentation, and workflows
• Lead and support the network operations team and improve delivery quality
• Manage vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure SLA compliance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in network engineering
• Strong knowledge of routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN)
• Experience with LAN/WLAN technologies (Cisco, H3C, Aruba)
• Hands-on experience in network security (e.g., Fortinet, WAF, NAC/ISE)
• Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, ELK)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in project implementation and network operations
• CCNP or equivalent required; CCIE and ITIL are advantages
• Own transport; Willing to travel.
