Position: Content Creator
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
• Saturday: 9.00 AM – 4.00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to produce engaging and high-quality content for a growing food and catering business.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms while showcasing food, catering services, and events. You will also work closely with the team to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing goals.

This position is ideal for individuals who are creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food content and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content on social media
• Produce and edit high-quality photos and videos featuring food, menus, catering services, and events
• Manage social media accounts and actively engage with audiences
• Develop creative content ideas to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Schedule and ensure consistent content posting to improve engagement
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, and customer enquiries
• Write engaging captions and optimise content using basic SEO and platform strategies
• Monitor content performance and analyse engagement data
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with the catering team at event locations
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support campaigns and business goals

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, social media, or F&B industry is an advantage
• Basic skills in video editing and design tools
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media trends
