Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry).
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system (hardcopy & softcopy).
  • Support in preparing reports, letters, and basic documentation.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and follow up on internal documents and approvals.
  • Support project/admin team in documentation for ongoing projects (e.g., quotations, invoices, DO, purchase orders).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes when required.
  • Handle office administrative duties such as stationery control and office upkeep.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
