Purpose of the Role
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting notes
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups on key initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Organize events, conferences, and executive-level meetings
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support decision-making by gathering and analyzing information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Experience supporting C-level executives
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
