This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to legal standards and internal policies, designing and monitoring compliance programs, and addressing potential compliance risks. Additional responsibilities include conducting audits, communicating compliance policies, preparing reports, and providing guidance to internal teams to maintain regulatory integrity and operational excellence.

• Proficient in compliance management, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills to identify potential compliance risks and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for policy development and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in documentation, written reporting, and maintaining meticulous compliance records.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in compliance or legal management are a plus.
• Prior experience in compliance roles, especially in the debt collection or financial services industry, is advantageous.
