Position Summary

Follow up with all operations in production and achieve the production target by ensuring that the output meets the deadline and quality.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production operations in accordance with approved processes, work instructions and quality requirements.
• Ensure daily production output targets are achieved in terms of quality, productivity, yield and delivery timelines.
• Carry out in‑process inspections to monitor product quality during production and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and use basic inspection and measurement tools/equipment as defined in the Inspection Plan.
• Follow and understand documented instructions (Work Instructions, Inspection Plans, Visual Aids, etc.) and operate machines or processes in accordance with defined specifications.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and multi‑task efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining good discipline, responsibility and teamwork at all times.
• Able to inspect own work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Promptly escalate process, quality or machine issues to Technician, Line or Shift Leader, Supervisor and Process Engineer and report any accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete required checklists and production data recording accurately and timely.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized and safe working environment.
• Willing to work overtime when production requirements demand.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• Able to understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Able to follow instructions and undertake new assignments from the Line or Shift Leader and Supervisor.
