Overall Objectives:
Develop, manage, and grow the company’s customer accounts and sales channels to drive sales performance and business growth. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding distribution, executing merchandising and brand visibility initiatives, and supporting the growth and presence of the company’s portfolio across assigned accounts and territories.
Job Description:
Account Management & Customer Relationship
- Maintain and grow portfolio of on-trade clients.
- Build strong relationship with bartenders, outlet owners, and purchasing managers.
- Conduct regular visit to key accounts to ensure service excellence.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor sell-through and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Track sales performance and implement recovery plans where needed.
- Take ownership of sales performance for home brands
Home Brand Visibility & Activations
- Coordinate in-outlet activations, menu placements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing team on product launches and brand campaigns.
Order Management & After-sales
- Manage order placements and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure promptly delivery and post-sales support.
Requirements:
- At least SPM or Diploma and above from any academic with minimum 2 years' experience in related field.
- Strong understanding of alcohol, wine and spirits products
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Cantonese) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Possess own transportation, valid driving license
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
- Comfortable working in ALCOHOL beverages industry.
