Requirements
- Fresh graduate / working experienced candidate are welcomed
- Proficient in English language is a must; Other languages will be added advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal abilities
- Have own laptop and transportation
- Effective at event coordination and follow-up.
- Accountable, takes ownership, and completes tasks.
- Adaptable to last-minute changes and make quick decisions.
- Collaborative team player and promotes positive communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and evaluate events aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage event budgets, expenses, contracts, and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee ambassadorship programs, including recruitment, training, and support.
- Foster partnerships with schools, companies, and stakeholders.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and initiate discussions.
- Cultivate relationships with schools, corporate partners, and community organizations.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for partnerships and events.
- Use social media, email marketing, and website optimization for brand visibility and engagement.
