Possess minimum 2 years of experience in Training & Development.
Previous experience in the beauty luxury business is advantageous.
Minimum STPM or Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
Deliver dynamic and motivational presentations.
Exhibit critical thinking skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Possess excellent written, verbal (English & Mandarin), and interpersonal communication skills, which are advantageous.

Specialize in skincare product knowledge and facial treatment techniques.
Able to provide basic training in skincare.
Experienced in training, including the development and delivery of training sessions.
Proficient in computer applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Digital literacy skills.
Collaborate with the General Manager and/or Head of Training to develop and oversee Skincare Training Activities & Programs.
Deliver engaging training sessions in various settings, including classrooms, on-field locations, and digitally.
Customize international training materials to cater to local requirements.
Enhance the content of existing training support documents.
Provide proactive support to the Head of Training in accomplishing the company's training objectives.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, both in-person and remotely. These programs encompass product training, launch animations, skincare services, and sales skills.
Generate innovative ideas and create localized training content and videos for digital platforms.
Foster the development, motivation, training, coaching, and retention of talented individuals.
Conduct captivating Beauty Classes.
Conduct client visitation to ensure the execution of training objectives and identify future training needs.
Follow up on product knowledge and sales skills.
Coach beautician on consultation techniques, gestures, and application tips.
Periodical support in selling activities at client's the point of sales.REQUIREMENTS:
Hold a formal skincare treatment professional certificate such as CIDESCO or CIBTAC (highly recommended).
