Requirements
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors to provide consultations to patients
- Promote products and service packages of the clinic
- Anticipate in advance patients' needs and present a tailored solution
- Ensure the interests of patients are well taken care of
- Constantly upgrade knowledge and softskills by attending company's internal training opportunities
- Provide relevant advice that is customer-centric
