Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relation or relevant field
- At least 3 years working experience in secretarial related functions
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills, responsible and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing business report from English to Japanese and vice versa
- Support business departments in gathering market intelligence
- Support Business Department in making arrangement for staff from Tokyo to visit to Kuala Lumpur
- Handle ad-hoc tasks given
