Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree level or equivalent.
- Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and at least average English
Responsibilities
- Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
- Provide customer support using the English or Bahasa language via phone, email or Chat
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalates problems promptly.
- Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.
