Requirements
- Possess a Pre-U/Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, New Media, Public Relations or related discipline.
- Working experience in the relevant field with experience in community management, collaborating with 3rd parties/partners.
- A good understanding of social media advertising, social listening platforms and knowledge of Google SEO/SEM.
- Creative, able to produce innovative and original ideas, attention to details, self- motivated, adaptable to a fast pace work environment with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, pleasant attitude, good work ethics and a great team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time and project management skills to engage with our partnership collaboration & clients.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and procedures.
- Experience with major social media management platforms and analytic tools.
- Maintaining customer response operations.
- Planning, directing and coordinating marketing policies and programs to increase customer interest and demand for products and services.
- Working hours flexible as long as the work given done on-time before due date.
- No interruption on whether you having other job or not, it’s flexible (this is an extra outsourced income).
