Requirements
- Require to speak and write in Mandarin due using Stock System from Taiwan.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
- Able to work 5.5 days. (Saturday alternate off)
- Possess at least SPM and above.
- At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage.
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills to work with other team in organization.
Responsibilities
- Daily office administration works.
- Key in, invoicing, updating and filing.
- Answer phones.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Any ad hoc tasks assign by Head of Department.
