Requirements
- Possess min Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or those with 1 to 2 years' experience are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably candidate with at least 3 years' of working experience in the construction or related industries.
- General interest in waterproofing specialization.
- Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software's i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical write up, specification, submission, proposal and method of statement for projects and tenders.
- Prepare the necessary drawings for project completion.
- Perform field and laboratory tests on construction materials, surveys and drafts.
- Deliver technical presentation explaining products or services of the Company including raising awareness of Company products and options.
- Develop solid and long-term relationships with current clients and prospects within the commercial construction industry.
- Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.
