Requirements
- No English Fluency Required
- Prefer candidates with 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Handle all messages and inquiries about our English programme and Tuition classes.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- You do not need to be fluent in English for this position, as most of your clients are Chinese. Your goal is to help them understand the value of our courses and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Candidates with lots of passion in handling customers' questions and problem-solving skills.
- If you believe that English education can change the students’ life, you are the person we are looking for!
- Looking for Education Sales who are very fond of the field of education, believe that English education can change the students’ life, and agree that everyone must master English well.
- Need to be very enthusiastic in helping the students answer all the enquiries about the course, how English needs to be learned, and how our courses can help them to master English.
