Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Professional Certificate in Wiring/Electrical or equivalent.
- Required language – English and Bahasa.
- Fresh graduate or candidate that have at least 2 years working experience in the related field are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
- Work experience related to outdoor service.
- Candidates having outdoor Service experience related to wiring, water pumps or water heaters will be at an advantage.
Responsibilities
- To resolve customer service issues and attend to door-step service to customer.
- Ensure that all customer service are attended to within 3 days of customer call in.
- To service units by technical hands-on relating to electrical appliances mainly water heaters and water pumps.
