Requirements
- Minimum Secondary Education qualification (SPM/O Levels)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required language: Mandarin and Cantonese
- Can Speak, Read and Write Cantonese

Responsibilities
- Handling phone calls, live chats and emails for our clients
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, including product feature and function information, technical knowledge and friendly interpersonal skills to assist in diagnosing and solving problems.
- Accurately process interaction documents, maintain data accuracy in relevant contact management systems, and understand various media sources for interactions with customer service centers.
