Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in finance or accounting is required
- Being proficient in English and speaking in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, be organized and self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- To handle full set of accounts, payroll & cash flow report
- To ensure the bank reconciliation, invoices & receipts, account receivable and payable are perform in good manner.
- Prepare monthly Financial Statement, Annual Accounts Closing & Liaise with Auditor and Bankers
- Manage and monitor company billing and collection.
- Updating and generate monthly Financial reports for management review
- To ensure proper filing of accounting documents
- Manage day to day finance operations activities
- Carry out ad-hoc task as and when required.
