Requirements
- Degree holder in Economy/ Business background
- At least 2 years working experience in retail line and experience in data analysis
- Excellence data analysis skills
- Excellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point, Access, Outlook, Teams)
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with other departments to gather info
Responsibilities
- Generat stores KPI related reports. Analyse stores KPI performance. Finalise stores KPI, prepare for incentive pay-out.
- Asist in setting and keeping track of stores and department yearly budget.
- Track and monitor department KPI.
- Generate and analyse stocks related reports (Stocks status, Stock Day Cover etc).
- Design intelligence reports to ease store operation and enhance operation efficiency.
- Liaise with vendor on all Mystery Shopper related matters (payment, dashboard, report etc. And liaise with PIC from other department to gather required information for analytic used.
- Manage enquiries from filed managers related to KPI.
