Requirements
- Candidate must possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Have at least 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- Able speak in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
- To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Issuing monthly debit note and credit note.
- Weekly debtor ageing and reporting.
- Petty cash and claim monitoring.
- Overhead payment issuing & posting.
- Maintain and update Customer profiles and data creating.
