Responsibilities
- Build relationships with walk-in customers and display Exceptional Customer Service:
- Identifying their needs and matching those needs to the proper bike and accessories;
- To provide feedback on customer service issues and to propose appropriate solutions.
- Attend to retail outlet's daily operations including product display, stock inventory and sales order procession.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
