Requirements
- Candidate must fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Min possess high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Provide general administrative support to the client relations team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining files, and organizing client-related documentation.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
