Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resource and administration
- Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Finance or equivalent
- Preferably mandarin speaking candidate due to work / business nature
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
- Good attention to details and organizing skills
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills
Responsibilities
- Perform and support recruitment activities
- Build recruitment channels for source of candidates eg online job advertisement, perform job posting on *************, AJobthing, Indeed dealing with emails & telephone calls
- Pre-screening resumes to assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, work experience and soft skills
- Conduct & schedule recruitments
- Conduct new hire orientation program & administrative duties
- Assist head office in Singapore to carry out other ad hoc duties as and when required
