Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position. Prior experience in dental industry would be an added advantage.
- Experience in customer service and operations line.
- Cheerful and friendly.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and careful.
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and tight deadline
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Mlalaysia and Mandarin.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Must be prepared to work 6 days in a week.
- This position will be based in Alam Damai, Cheras
Responsibilities
- Assist operations manager/assistant operations manager on daily departmental operations.
- Daily follow up & supervision of clear aligners treatment plan case submissions.
- Ensure cases are successfully submitted into portal on timely basis.
- Perform QC on treatment plans once ready and request for modification of plans with dental planners if needed.
- Communicate and discuss treatment plans with doctors and sales team.
- Generate daily / monthly / annually operational reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
