Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills in language English, Chinese & Malay.
- Adaptable to change, Independent, Mature thinking & able to pivot and find alternate solutions.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
Responsibilities
- Tasks include –
- Issue invoive, filing,
- Answering calls, reply email
- Update delivery order to invoice, update B2B,
- Prepare, ordering and pricing of goods according to budget;
- Maintaining records of stock levels and system transactions
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers;
