Requirements
- Need know basic computer skill such as Microsoft office
- need to know English, Malay, Chinese
- Fresh graduated is welcome
Responsibilities
- To ensure the CN, Official receipt and invoice upload in the Farm Distributor Software and Master Accounting system.
- TO ensure the CN and official receipt are tally
- Generate and update the official receipt in Accounting system
- Proceed accuretly, able to manage and handle all the related account job and process
- Receive the daily cheque and cash to check the actual inventory
- Update the cheque record in record book and Accounting system, pass the cash and receipt to account department
- Monitor and update the latest debtor account in account system
