Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree, in any field.
- Good interpersonal, proactive and effective communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales administation role.
- Experience in international shipping or export.
- Experience in liaising with China would be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office product.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative task and support to the Sales Personnel.
- Attend to indoor sales and customer enquiries.
- Arrange shipment to East Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.
- Prepare quotation, sales order, DO and Invoice.
- Coordinate customer's order within internal departments and Logistic Department for product printings and prompt delivery.
- Issue customer maintenance form, create new stock code, production work order and other internal sales documents.
- Follow up customer payments.
- Upkeep ISO documents.
