Requirements

  • Candidates must at least possess in SPM level 
  • Able to speak in Mandrin and English
  • Ablility communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases
  • Prepare paperwork
  • Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
  • Handle all visitor
