Minimum Diploma holders, preferably in Accounting. (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
Former experience in any administrative related positions will be considered a plus.
Proficient with the use of MS Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English (ability to speak Mandarin will be considered a plus).
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A team player with high level of dedication.
Support the daily administrative and operational tasks in the area of Sales Incentive Management.
Responsible for managing the administrative work of incentive payments, checking and validating sales transactions, handling simple correspondence and enquiries from Dealers and supporting other incentive management related activities.
Handle the processing of manual incentive payments with accuracy.
Monitor the progress of sales incentive disputes, follow-up with the relevant party and ensure that all disputes are resolved in a timely manner. Also to ensure that affected Dealers are informed with the progress of their disputes accordingly.
Responding to queries from the Dealers and providing after-sales enquiry support such as sending incentive reports, when requested.
Facilitate the checking process and validate sales transactions to ensure the accuracy of incentive payments.
Providing support in other incentive management related activities.
Salary range: RM2,000 to RM3,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
Contract period: 1 year (renewable)
