Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Responsible and able to meet deadline.
  • Good interpersonal and organisation skill.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and to adapt to new systems and database is essential.
  • Ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia spoken and written proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Generally is a clerical position involves paper work. 
  • Main task is to assist lawyer in conveyancing related matters, eg preparation of SPA, loan documents, discharge of charge, receipt and reassignment, perfection of transfer/charge, etc.
  • Assist to administer files, follow ups, maintain correspondence and documents in proper filing system, report and update file status.
