Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role in beauty/hair indusrties
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- A fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Result-oriented with a high level of self-motivation.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malaysia.
- Working experience in Hair & Beauty Industry will be an advantage.
- Have no issue to base at Mont Kiara, KL
Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and ambitious Corporate Sales Executive to support us in expanding our business operations.
- Retaining current corporate clients and seeking out fresh business prospects with the goal of converting those prospects into sales.
- Conducting research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer requirements.
- Seeking sales opportunities through activities such as cold calling, social media platforms, networking, or having face-to-face meetings.
- Creating and delivering relevant presentations on products to clients to generate interest and leads.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, track performance, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiating, closing deals, handling complaints, and following up on any problems relevant to the sales or service.
- Collaborating with other teams within the organization, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure that sales strategies align with the overall goals of the company
