Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Architecture; Candidate with Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree will be added advantage.
- Those have 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Experience in BIM is an asset.
- Good command of Auto CAD, SketchUp Revit, Photoshop etc.
- Good command in English.
Responsibilities
- Leading architectural design and planning activities for various projects.
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Developing architectural concepts, designs, and solutions that meet client needs and align with project goals.
- Managing and overseeing the work of architectural teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and ensure feasibility of design plans.
- Reviewing and evaluating architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Monitoring project progress, budget, and timelines, and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
