Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience in retail will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate/ school leavers are encourage to apply.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
- Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheet, Docs & Slide
Responsibilities
- Support the buyer or assistant buyer with all procurement-related tasks such as selecting the right product mix, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets, and providing administrative support.
- Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure a smooth transaction on payments.
- Follow up closely with supplier on the shipment process (I.e. ETD from sourced country, ETS of container at which port, etc.)
- Ensure stocks ordered from supplier reaches on time as per scheduled and requirements are fulfilled as per ordered (I.e. Quality and quantity of products, costing of products, etc.)
- Liaise closely with Store and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the quantity of stock remains within an optimal range.
- Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
