2 - 3 years of experience in retail will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduate/ school leavers are encourage to apply.
Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheet, Docs & Slide
Support the buyer or assistant buyer with all procurement-related tasks such as selecting the right product mix, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets, and providing administrative support.
Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure a smooth transaction on payments.
Follow up closely with supplier on the shipment process (I.e. ETD from sourced country, ETS of container at which port, etc.)
Ensure stocks ordered from supplier reaches on time as per scheduled and requirements are fulfilled as per ordered (I.e. Quality and quantity of products, costing of products, etc.)
Liaise closely with Store and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the quantity of stock remains within an optimal range.
Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
